Credit Criteria

For All Applications

• Minimum 2 years of satisfactory credit history for business and/or principals.
• Evidence of prior comparable trade credit or debt obligations.
• Satisfactory bank account standing and history.
• Satisfactory Statement of Disposition for any item of public record. i.e. - Collections or Lawsuits.

For Application Requests Exceeding $50,000

• Evidence of tangible net worth for the business.
  
• Evidence of satisfactory earnings from operation.
  
• Evidence of satisfactory debt-to-equity ratios.
  
• Evidence of adequate working capital & cash flow.
  
• Evidence of capacity to service additional debt obligation.

For Application Requests Exceeding $250,000

• Demonstration of competent management (normally from business plan details).
